Worst service!!!

I live in the UK and went for a holiday in South Africa to visit my children. We decided to order 2 hand casting kits to make memory hands as a keepsake of our time together. The products did not work ( we only tried one ). I submitted a return and requested them to refund my original payment method. Bare in mind, I returned the product we tried ( with the original packaging and whatever parts were left of the kit ) and also the unused sealed second kit. Takelot refused this return and redelivered replacement products to the address in Cape Town where I was staying during my holiday. This happened when I was back in the UK already. I then logged another return, asking them to refund me, again, they declined the return, this time of two sealed product kits in the original packaging! What use have I got for these items now? I am in the UK!!!! The products do not work!!!!! The ridiculousness of this situation is beyond belief! I will not stop until I get my money back. This is not about money, it's about the principle of the matter!
