worst service and wrong product received

i actually would rate this people zero.. I ordered a bicycle for my daughter as a birthday present,, they delivered on time and i was very happy, only to find that they delivered a wrong bicycle.. i requested that they collect it , which they did after struggle on my side i must admit... i spoke to them on the phone and asked them to send the correct one and i gave them the new address where it must be sent, only to receive an email that the bicycle is sold out and my profile has been credited. I went back to the website to find the bicycle still there on their site for sale, i spoke to them a countless times telling the that the bicycle is still there on the site, no one responded for the whole week. i then ordered the bicycle and it is now more expensive that what i had initially paid. they accepted the order and even confirmed the delivery date for a product they told me is sold out and now i have to pay the diffence. worst dervice ever
