Worst service and *****s my money
Logged a Return and was Declined for the same reasons I LOGGED the Return. Still under 6 months warranty.

05 Mar 2026, 03:30I bought a schoolbag on 9 January 2026 on Takealot. It is a Trolley bag of the same brand we used for many years. Camel Mountain School Trolley Bag With Big Wheels - 21 inch. On Day 2 the front stander broke off. We had to make a plan as it is day 2 of school. My husband then fixed the stander. Not even a month later the handle that you pull the trolley bag with broke off.
My son is very protective of his things and looks after his stuff. His previous schoolbag last him 3 years.
The bag is still under warranty so I sent it back and noted all of this I mentioned above.
They took ages to respond and just send me pictures of the exact same reason why I returned the bag and declined my request to return.
Their said its because the bag was used and elections?????
Now they don't respond to my emails and doesn't want to replace or return my bag.
It is allot of money R1 379.00. They are literally *****ing my money.
I have been a loyal customer and even the staff knows me and my family and this is how we get treated.
Absolutely unacceptable.
