Worst service and customer care

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Placed an order and opted for "next day delivery" paid for "express delivery" after my order is paid and placed then only do I get notified that it won't be delivered "the next day" as I paid for. After numerious calls and emails they tell me I can expect the item 4 days later (we are leaving for holiday hence me paying for express delivery). After endless struggles to get hold of someone I have to hear sorry there's nothing they can do and I cannot change the delivery adress either. They will see what they van do but can't promise anything.

Why give the option of next day delivery and make a customer pay for it when you cannot deliver on it !! Your service is absolutely pathetic
