Worst service

I bought an iPhone 7 from Takealot last month and the battery lasts for an hour when fully charged i decided to return the phone and I was asked to provide my password as the device has a password I did just that and was told I'll hear from them and I heard nothing from them the next thing they did was to decline my return without informing me but on the item it says I must refer to my latest email this is by far the most terrible service I've ever received my device was taken in on the 7th today it's the 19th and it's still not fixed how am I supposed to carry on with life without a phone and with a phone that lasts for an hour
