Worst service

I've been a takealot customer for a long time now and have always been really impressed with your service.

However I'm really disappointed with my last COD order.

I have placed an order 17 March 2020 for the following items:

Nexus plug adapter SanDisk Memory Cards Invertor

Please note that my order was placed long before lockdown was announced.

I received numerous text messages to confirm my delivery. No delivery happened! Date just kept on being postponed.

All of a sudden my order got cancelled, with no valid reason, just because my order was a COD order. No one wants to give me the option of doing an EFT then. Order was cancelled 5 May 2020.

I understand the lockdown rules regarding cash, but to just cancel my order like that is ridiculous and not even giving me an option to do an EFT then or pay with credit card.

All this after my order should have actually been delivered before lockdown already as the order was placed 17 March 2020 already.

I still want my products as I really need it. How ever now I have to re order and the products are more expensive now. It's really not fair at all to just cancel my order and now I have to re order at a higher price.

I'm actually disgusted with the service I have received regards to this order. It's very disappointing as I have been supporting Takealot all this time.

I want to resolve this issue and I actually want to demand to still get my order.
