Worst Service

I purchased an item on the 29th November 2024 (I need to mention this was for secret santa, because of the delay i am further out of pocket because I had to buy the item from a retail store), the item contained 3 pieces to which they delivered 1 piece with the label on the box stating 3 pieces. They collected the item the next day and there has been no further progress. This is by far the worst service I have experienced from them.
