worst service

I am so dissapointed with takealot .I bought a sleeper couch end of august .the sitting part became full of siiting holes in the first month and now the springs came out at the back .I sent it back yesterday and my refund says declined .Your own delivery guys told us the are taking back a lot of that same couches sometimes in one week.I want my refund
