Worst service

I received the worst service from takealot. I returned an item (unboxed deal) i bought because of damage to it. I wanted either a replacement or for it to be repaired. I chose to have it repaired after they told me they can not replace it as they did not have stock. Instead they loaded credit onto my account. I let them know immediately that i do not want the credit and want my item to either be repaired or returned to me. After 2weeks of endless emails and phone calls they told me they had already disposed of my item and can not send it for repairs or return it to me.They disposed of my item after i told them countless times i wanted it to be returned to me. My item also had accessories on it which they didnt compensate me for. Worst service i have ever had and i will not buy from them or recommend them to anyone again.
