Worst Service

My takealot.com app wont let me login at all, Iv deleted the app and redownloaded it but it still doesnt work, aand Iv tried logging in on my laptop and it still wont allow me to login. It says "Invalid details error" but even if i request a email to send me a new password, it still wont work, so I cant even reset my details!

I bought a portable charger which worked for 2 weeks and then just wont work anymore and I cannot log the return because I cant get into my account!

So I drove all the way to Takealot.com and sent it in for returns myself, but nobody could help me with my app or my account, so I still cant login. They said they emailed me to confirm my return, however now my portable charger is there for over a week, and there is no confirmation at all.

when will i get a new one or the credit???

They gave me a number to contact and I have been trying to phone it for the passed two days! somtimes it rings and somtimes it drops the call.

I need help!!!! I cannot get hold of anybody at takealot.com!!! they have my money and my product and I really just need someone to help me solve this. im not impressed by this service at all.
