WORST SERVICE !!!

Worst service and client service ever.

I have order a product 3 times now and all 3 times I received the wrong item. How difficult is it to send the correct item? After my 2nd order that was incorrectly send to me, I contacted customer services and it is now 6 days later and still no reply from them. Tried to phone their customer services and after phoning them about 7 times and holding on for more than half an hour each time, I gave up! This is really highly unprofessional and highly unacceptable!
