Worst service!!!!!!!

I am very disgusted at the poor service received. I have ordered an aluminium door. it was delivered without the lock and the handle as per the description. i then logged a return, the guy that collected the door was extremely rough and forced the door into the bakkie of which he was told that he is going to damage the door. My return then got declined because the door was damaged! by who? after struggling for two weeks I've just opted for TAKEALOT to shi the door back but the accessories needs to be accompanied! very very very unpleasant and disheartening service! I can bet that his s returning without the accessories!
