Worst service

I can't deal with Takealot right now. I never expected such incompetence and inconvenience from them. I placed an order on 3 May 2022, and guess what I still haven't received my order. Today it's 25 May 2022. I ordered 3 items, on 16 May, I only received 1 item with someone else's order. I informed Takealot and till today I haven't received my order and they haven't come to pick up the other person's order that I received. The only thing they do is ask me to send pictures of which I did already multiple times. I have dealt with probably 6 agents if not more, and still this is not resolved. Today, they send me an email that they will come pick up the Efekto and diffuser from my address. I am not sure what must say, how do they pick up something I am telling them that I never received. I am so done and tired of this. Worst service ever.
