Worst Serverce from Takealot.

Worst experience ever received. Bought a TV for my 13 year old son for his Birthday. The TV was del the day before he was released from hospital as he had swine flue and we wanted to surprise him. TV was del broken with a hole in the box. They collected the TV on the 2nd we are on the 9th. I have phoned 3 times spoke to 3 diff people with no feedback from them. No replacement or refund. Not even a word of communication.
