Worst Seller support I've ever seen!!! Come on Takealot!!!

I originally just wanted to test the water on how the seller portal works. I did my trainer etc etc my last step was to ship the item to the warehouse. I did that was never booked in because they couldn’t find it???

2 months later they find it and my PO had already been canceled. I’ve been e-mail the support line for almost 2 month after it took them 2 months to find it!!

Now I constantly am being e-mail by not the same person I previously emailed and every-time I create a new PO it gets cancelled a day or two later!!!

The ****** item has been there almost 5 months and no one can help me understand what I need to do to just get it booked into their warehouse and sell!!!!

I have to re-explain myself permanently and I’ve received an invoice for selling on Takealot??? Selling air yes selling my products NO!!!!

When I ask to give me a call I get a response “PO cancelled” now when I try create a new PO it gives me a disabled for replenishment??? NOW IM GETTING NO ****** RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!
