worst return services ever and still not done

for the fact that 1 keep buying here is just beyond me because the service i'm getting or the lack of service. i bought 2 cadac cylinders which one was a mistake and i logged a return and the cylinder was picked up with another item for returns however i was only refunded for the 1 item and not for the cylinder. i was told there was an issue that the cylinder could not be picked up. however after a couple of times communicating with the twitter team eventually said the cylinder was found they just need the warehouse to change the order status then i will get my refund. then it went silent and then i asked for and update but it seems i have to start over again for the third time to verify myself and start the process again. they seem not to care because now they have my money
