Worst return service to replace an item.

Bed base set bought through Takealot and this is now the second return on a defective product. Item was collected on the 19th of November and to date has the item not been replaced. On the progress report under reference MRRN-RZRKA-SKYR it states that the item is being assessed. How long do you want take to assess a base set it is defenitely not a rocket ship or am I wrong???
