Worst return retailer on wrong delivered product

Worst experience ever with a retailer who messed up my order. It's been 2 weeks and I am still struggling to return the wrong product and receive the right product which I ordered. Their support team was completely ***********, the employee that helped me was Monica B. and she gave me advise which did not help at all.

This makes me regret using takealot at all.
