WORST return experience ever in my life . No supervisors on phone and non of the agents know their products and proper processes on returns. Products warranty and takealot warranty differs. No response on emails. Wrong Contact information offered by call agents. Just all round WORST return experience ever. To top it all niw the product is ready for collection all the way in Cape Town and im in Port Elizabeth.
