Worst return experience

I work from home and needed a external wireless keyboard to work with. I have returned a keyboard for the second time as this one has died as well , the status is awaiting missing accessories but the ****le is inside the battery cover , they have just gone silent and are not responding to my mail and ticket i created to tell them the ****le is in the battery cover.
