Worst return ever

I have had endless problems to return a safety gate.

Short summary, 2 gates were collected for return and the third party collection company only asked us to sign once, obviously thinking it is for both gates.

Since then the one gate is missing, then found, then missing, then found and again missing.

I called and emailed numerous times - were promised that an agent will look after this case personally- which obviously did not happen - No one knows what is happening and I am not resolving the matter

This is beyond horrible - this is going on for over 3 weeks

So I am hoping by lodging this that someone will resolve this matter
