Worst return

Logged a return on the 27th Dec. Heard nothing back in a week. Emailed a couple times with no response. On Jan 15th got a reply promising a credit if there was no conclusion that day. The credit was awarded and soon it was reversed. I emailed them a couple times no response. Called twice, both agents promised to call me back, no call.
