Worst refund service ever

I am really disgusted with their service. Everything has been going well until now . I returned 2 items that I didn't need because there was extra so I returned it so that they can credit my account. They only credited the cable but not the exstenders everytime one of the customer service guys tell me they will let me know from the warehouse but as of yet nothing . It states on the app collection scheduled but it was already collected with the cable so I am really getting tired of this they say it's between 3 to 5 working days for credit it's been 9 and this product has still not been credited . Should they want to resolve matter can give me a call *** . Just someone who knows what they are doing
