Worst Quality Control!

I bought a alva indoor gas heater https://www.takealot.com/alva-foldable-indoor-gas-heater/PLID***8 and the part that you turn to change the heating section is broken. After my first return i got a replacement unit 3 days later. Oddly enough the box was even in worse shape than before, the product has dents and scratches on and the exact same problem i have again with the knob that is broken. The broken plastic piece is even broken in the exact shape and form than before. So in conclusion they sent me back the exact same product and to top it off i know it is as it has a black coki mark inside the box I made for myself to know if they are playing me and I was right. Very poor quality control indeed.
