Worst online store & *********** employees

<p>I ordered a combo set (Order # ********** ) which was meant to include a cot and a chest of draws but I only received the baby cot. I emailed and thereafter called takealot.com to inform them what happened and to ask when I could expect the rest of my delivery however all of my efforts have been in vain. I have called and emailed more than 5 times, which has been extremely frustrating, and I've had to explain the story from scratch each time. Each person (Nazreen Khan, Ayesha Ariefdien, Judith Kiewits, Erin Isaacs & 1 other guy) I've spoken to or emailed has told me that the delivery was made and I've had to tell them each time that it was only the cot, to which they responded they will get back to me but they never did. So I guess this is how takealot.com treats their customers after they get their money. Buying bedroom stuff for my baby was meant to me a happy time for me but these people are really trying to ruin it. Extremely annoyed.</p>
