WORST ONLINE STORE EVER!!!
On Wednesday I purchased the Playtex Manual Breast Pump Starter Kit on your daily deals. Yesterday I proceeded to pay and got confirm of the payment. Now this morning I get an email that there is no stock, and they will credit my account!? Like surely the system should be monitored. How can you advertise a certain amount and not have them in stock? FALSE ADVERSTISING MUCH?? This is absurd and this is not even the first something like this happens. you even have the nerve to even tell me via email. I want a solution and not an apology. You guys can seriously consider a client lost after this revolting service! <br> this is not how you run a business. I'm absolutely appalled by this type of service from you guys!!!<br>
Our Daily Deals have specific terms and conditions w.r.t. the allocation of deals stock. Takealot will reserve stock for customers in the order in which it receives payment. Therefore if you do not pay immediately, you might not get an item because the Deal could have sold out in the meantime to customers whose payment was received before yours.
We do understand your disappointment by the cancellation of your order.
