Worst online store

Utterly disgusted with the level of service from this people. I placed an order on the 30th December 2023 and received notification of delivery for 09th January 2023 . Takealot then changed this date without any forewarning to 10th January late on the 9th which cause me to loose an entire day waiting on my stuff . Now at 15H30 on 10th January after numerous calls regarding my order I get a sms of delivery on 11th January before 17H00 which is another waisted day waiting on delivery of items paid on 30 December 2023 I keep getting the feedback from the call centre agents that a manager will phone me back shortly. Is there no regularly body for these businesses. It's a disgrace with there pricing and even the requirements they have on curtain items for the way clients are expected to loose money because they change the contracts
