WORST ONLINE STORE

I used takelot.com a few times. I had bad experience with their products but I didnt mind as I figures it's a small thing. The probelem came when I used a voucher I was given by a client to buy speakers. I used them for a month and they stopped working. I returned them and the items were replaced but then they stopped working again, this time I returned them once again, little that I know they would not be happy about a fault that was on their side. I was treated to have my return order cancelled. I don't take likely to threats so I told them to go ahead and cancel but return my speakers. I told them they will be reported to the public on this platform but they did not respond. At the time of this review, I was still awaiting a response. I will give an update should anything change. As convinient as it is, it is the worst online store. Do not use them, bad quality products and high prices.
