Worst online store

I ordered a camping table October 2022. I never opened the table when I received it, and only opened and viewed the table beginning of December 2022, when I realized it is not really what I want, so I requested a return. I was informed 12/12/2022, they can't refund the table as the return is after 30 days, so they will send my table back to me. I received a gazebo...not my camping table.

After numerous emails, the gazebo is collected 20/12/2022...but today, 18/01/2023 I have not yet received my camping table. No one can tell me where it is, no one can give me any feedback, the only message I get is, they will look into it. So I paid R1000 October 2022 for a product, I don't have. No one phones to explain or apologize...no one goes the extra mile, to actually give feedback, I have to continuously follow up and only hear, we will look into it.
