worst online shopping site in 2018 I purchased a electric bike for my son which was defective!! i scheduled a return and the courier successfully collected it has now gone a year that I have not received my refund or credit when I sent a mail...I am only getting reply asking for proof of collection which my helper misplaced I mean this is a year ago.

The consultant was not helpful I still have not received a refund so Basically I paid for a defect item that I don't even have in my possession.
