Worst online retail experience EVER!

I ordered 4 items and paid for them. More than a week after paying, the one item is no longer available?!?! I reorder. They send it to the wrong depot. They said they would deliver today.....I waited all day...nothing. Hours on the phone...nothing....still haven't received my order....The reason I use this site is because I only have one leg. I would almost rather lose the other than try and shop again here....
