worst online purchase ever

bought a JVC 39" tv with built in soundbar, it got delivered today and what a disappointment. the pedastals that balance the tv do not fit, the tv displays a half black and half blue screen, it wont connect to my dstv. its a complete mess. worst online experience ever.I'm returning this product and don't think I will buy a tv from Takealot again.
