Worst online experience ever

I recently purchased an item only because I had a credit that needed to be used because prior to this I had an awful experience with takealot. Anyway nothing was resolved in the first query and now the item that I purchased was not working so I returned the item for it to be exchanged. Now I’m told I will be credited yet again as they do t have stock but on their website there is stock so how is this possible. If I can’t get an exchange I want my money. It’s my money after all. You can’t give me what I want so don’t credit me , return my funds.
