Worst online experience ever!

<p>I ordered Christmas presents, crackers and tags on the 18th December. I made sure to only order items that were in stock. The delivery date was supposed to be the 21st December, my order was split into 2 parcels which I was not informed of. I received the one parcel and am still waiting for the other one. The parcels were sent to Skynet on the 19th December, more than enough time for me to receive them. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had!! Superbalist was the complete opposite, so efficient and excellent service.</p>
