Worst Online Company

The worst customer experience ever. Their warranty covers clearly covers nothing. There is a fault with my ups battery but thier supplier comes back with weak excuses. I am not impressed with this service and what generic answers I was given. I just wasted my money on a useless company. Bunch of idiots
