Worst helpdesk in history

So I have been trying to register on Takealot. But I ran into issues. I logged a ticket and got a canned response and ticket closed with NO help provided. I opened second e-mail account and repeated my query for assistance. Again, the same canned response and the ticket closed. Wow, is this how you deal with someone wanting to be your customer?? Imagine how they treat their customers!!
