Worst experince and non caring
<p>I placed a huge order on Friday morning 5:23am with @Takealot ... generally I have no issues with their service as usually by Monday I have my order.<br /> Now the expected delivery date is today so I assumed that ok big order and emailed them they assured my parcel will be here today.</p> <p>However getting home at 18:00 I only find a third of my order is here and I have now been on the cellphone (please note at my cost) where they tell me cant find the rest of my order and cannot promis...e that it will be delieverd even by tomorrow morning, as now Im waiting for a supervisor to call me which I doubt will not happen.</p> <p>Now I ask you I depended on the delivery as I made my plans around it, I have dogs to feed and now sorry we cannot find the parcel and will not deliver tonite and dont know if we can deliver tomrrow morning.</p> <p>Now this is not on as I happen to have a job and the pet store only opens at nine and now I must haul out more money (which I did not bargain on) and come late to work because of your incompetence.</p> <p>I am completely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again and definitely where I was singing your praises to everybody tell them to rethink about ordering from you again. I will rather order from pet heaven which delivers on time and since I'm losing now a hell of a lot of money the extra R100 they charge will be a breeze.</p> <p>It's now 10 mins later still no one has phoned me back I presume you are waiting for your offices to close</p> <p> AND I WAS RIGHT NOBODY BOTHERED TO PHONE ME BACK SO KNOW YOU CAN CANCEL THE THE ORDER REFUND ME VIA EFT AS I NEED THE MONEY TO BUY DOG FOOD TODAY AND IM NOT RICH DONT HAVE EXTRA MONEY I WILL SEND YOU TH BILL OF MY CELLPHONE ACCOUNT AND I NEED YOU TO SEND ME AN EMAIL SO I CAN GIVE MY BOSS AS TO WHY IM LATE FOR WORK</p> <p> </p> <p>I received the WD Hard drive and the Kingston Flash drive</p>
