Worst experience/company

It’s been over two weeks I have booked for a return , for a faulty item to be returned , till to this day I am with no response from the company , furthermore the faulty item electrocuted when plugged in to the socket , it is not to be mentioned the pain I felt when the item exploded in my hand ,the lack of professionalism thereof it is what id frustrating. Since the return and the complaint lodged numerous agents have been assigned to my complaint however with no results ever . I have sent all the required pictures and information needed to conclude your investigation. In conclusion I require for this item to be collected and refunded for the faulty item and to be properly compensated for the pain caused when the item exploded
