Worst experience with takelot

I have had the worst experience with them. I made an order 3 weeks back still have not arrived, i had to be the one asking about what is happening with my order because the delevery date has passed.

They then separateed my order and told me way after that they lost the parcel and that is way after sending a dozen emails asking them what is happening.

The most expensive item in the.order is still yet to arrive which is a tv and they don't follow the the correct procedure in delivering items, they don't call prior to delivery so to make sure you meet them at the delivery spot. They threw my order over the fance.

The courier guys are totally useless and think they are doing us a favor. They very rude.
