Worst Experience Takealot

Placed an order on the 12th of February and it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th. They keep rescheduling my delivery up until today. Customer care centre is useless, they keep escalating my query and there is no feedback. Worst part is that every morning I get an SMS that it’s out for delivery, and I stay at home the whole day waiting for this delivery. It’s been three days of waiting and no explanation has been given by Takealot. Worst experience I have ever received.
