Worst experience of my life

I will never order anything from them again. In their T&Cs is states that the whole process of a refund takes up to 15 days which is the maximum.

So I placed an order for a cellphone over December(yes its busy) but i cancelled my order before it was even delivered and I informed them on support with my order number that I no longer want or could afford the cellphone as I saved up for this. So due to my financial circumstances i cancelled.. they delivered the package and I sent it back with the driver. So the warehouse called and askes if I am sure i wanted to return the item. So well yes because i sent it back with a cancelled order...Next day the driver comes again. So its sent back so it takes 18 days just to get back to the so called "warehouse" which is actually fedex.

After I have been promised a full refund on day 15 via a call from Mikyela and Grant. So now ive bewn told how they understand my frustration and this will take another 3-5 days.

I saved up money but life happens and it was the worst christmas and new years of my life..because the little bit i saved up for a phone (Chinese brand thats all I can afford) i desperately needed. TAKEALOT is just saying "owh shame neh...." its a disgrace! And i am really unsatisfied not only empty promises but terrible customer services...this was my first and last time using them.
