Worst experience ever..won't support them anymore

Good day,

I rescheduled my delivery to this Wednesday because we went away for the long weekend. But still the vereeniging branch tried to deliver my parcels.

Wednesday I sent 2 emails that no one obviously received So I called the vereeniging branch there I spoke to a white lady and must be an Indian gentleman. They kept on dropping the call on me and I had to call back about 5 times. I tried to explain to the lady what happend and she said she will see if the packages are still there but because they tried to deliver 3 times already I must learn my lesson so she is going to send them back and I have to pay for not receiving my packages the way they want it delivered.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received and I don't know how you can have people like that running your vereeniging branch. I will be sure not to order from Takealot again. Order numbers: *** Order number: ***
