WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH TAKEALOT

I actually dont even want to give takealot the one star. This was my first time using them and it was the most dissappointing thing ive ever exprerienced!!!!

I placed an order for an item on the 25th of November and paid the same time. I received a delivery date with confirmation of my payment. The deliver date shifted on a couple of times. This week Monday i was assured that they received feedback from their supplier that the item will arrive in takealot's warehouse by the 12th or 13th of November. They informed me that my delivery will take place by the 14th of November.

This morning the 12th of November i went onto their website to check the status on my order and to my surprize the status said my order has been cancelled. They could not even send me an email to explain why!!!! I had to phone them to be told that the order eas cancelled due to their supplier not being able to supply the item. After ive been told that they received feedback from the supplier that the item will be delivered to them.

Never in my life again will i use takealot for anything!!!!!
