Worst Experience Ever , NO REFUND

I Placed an order and used the Payflex platform to pay, Take Alot system took my order twice and it went through twice on pay flex, I reqyested my order to be cancelled on 4 June. To date my funds has not been returned to me nor have i received any voucher credit whatsoever. Payflex has not been sent any information to cancel the transaction from my account and therefore i now have to pay double for something i dont have. I have emailed pay flex for the last 4 days , sent them what i received from Take alot, and no one bothers to respond.

Is this the level of Customer service you provide for such a well known company ????

This is almost the same as ****mers, takes your money but to get it back you have to litarely phone your bank balance empty, You have to be rude, you have to send a 100 emails and no one responds

This is absolute madness!
