WORST experience ever from TAKEALOT

I ordered a sleeper couch for my son and 2 weeks later (1 day before delivery) they are telling me that they do not have stock. HOWEVER they do not tell you when you order there is no stock. I can go online now and order the same thing as it is according to the website available. I tried to negotiate with them to give me another sleeper couch in return, but they just say no. This is the worst experience I ever got from them and will not recommend takealot at all. I won't buy by them any longer.
