worst experience ever- false marketing-

Good day i would just like to inform everyone about Takealot , i opened an account yesterday, placed my first order ( an apple i watch too the value of R4000.00)- a bithday gift to myslef as eeveryone gave me money for my birthday...placed order it clearly tated COD is elligable for my purchase, reccived my confirmation email that it my order has been placed estimated delivery is 31 May 2018- i should have my cash on hand.. logged inn this morning wanting to purchase some more items, jus to see that my order now states that i need to pay via EFT...( Wich is an incovience now having to go to deposit all this csh in my acc... jus to place an order).. phoned take alot, stated my isue.. the lady confirmed yet again that yes the order is not paid and even though they send me a confirmation email stating it is COD- she ould have to cancel my order and i would need to place it again as George WC is out of reach and doesnt qualify for COD- like where do i stay??? in ****** Narnia??? - i said to her no do not cancel my order please sort out the issue and i would stilll like my watch this week. she proceeded tto cancel my order... then all of a suddeen it is a tech problem on their side and thhey will sort it out... jus to reciev the following msg :Hi Zani, We've received feedback from our Tech Team, they've advised that the item is not eligible for Cash On Delivery. Since the item is in stock at our Johannesburg Warehouse and will be shipped down to the Western Cape with a third party courier to deliver to you in George, the third party courier does not accept Cash On Delivery. This would be why the payment method is not available during the checkout process

so if they sate on their website it is eligable, then i paced my order , no its a diff story it is FALSE ADVERTISING, and their website should state a i proceeded to check out, that sorry this item is no longer an eligable COD item to due whatever!!!

THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY HELPING ME OUT!!!
