Worst experience ever!

My delivery was "supposedly" delivered to my home on Friday the 24th of January and it was School Items for my daughter who is doing Grade R. Upon calling home on Saturday the 25th i then discover that they did not receive any delivery from Takealot in EAST LONDON I try and call the delivery number (087 094 ****) to no avail. i finally get hold of someone named Adnaan D at (087 362 ****) who greatly assisted me in checking whether the delivery car was at my and address or not and He confirmed that the delivery car not at the correct address where he was suppose to deliver my parcel. Adnaan sent an email saying "they have acknowledged the mistake and will be sending someone to rectify the delivery." that was January the 27th and today is the 29th and no one has rectified anything. Please assist, i really need my parcel. Micaiah was the delivery guy
