WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Item bought on 8 June 2020 - returned a week later. Refund never received. Takealot thus stole R149 from me. To add insult to injury, on 2 September 2020 they process payment ''out of the blue'' for another R149!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted them and some ***** emails back that I should resolve it with my bank???!!!! Tried 'phoning again and held on for over 10 minutes and then cut-off!!!!!!!!!!! CONCLUSION : DON'T BUY FROM THESE *********** THIEVING *****S
