Worst experience ever

My wife and I bought smart watches for each other as birthday gifts. We were both unhappy and decided to return them. They refunded my wife but could not refund me. In the email sent they said they could not do it because a president would be set. The president has been set because I married the person you refunded. It's been almost a three weeks and they can't answer me.
