Worst Experience ever

<p>For my birthday I received a Takealot voucher, so off I went shopping. Purchased what I wanted, and the wait started. I have bought with Takealot previously, so was surprised to hear it would take 2weeks for delivery. They said it was that they had to order one item, I waited until today, I was so excited to open my package as I had been waiting for my birthday present all this time. I opened it.. and the order was completely wrong. The Ipad workbook I ordered (which was supposed to be black) was, in fact white, and it was dirty might I add, both the box and the product, filthy dirty. The screen protector I ordered was one that was supposed to be compatible with an Ipad 2, this one is only for an Ipad 4. I had to log a call, waste my airtime. They said I now will have to wait up to 8days for it to be rectified. I know it will be longer as the product (workbook) is sitting in Cape Town. So I have to wait a month to get my present thanks to Takealot. I will not be using them ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
